Coaching
Individualized coaching will provide the time and space you need to reconnect with yourself and get clarity about what you want. The one-on-one format allows for intensity and focus that is tailored each week specifically to your agenda and your pace. Each session, you will benefit from our focus on you and your personal process. Our time together will be shaped by where our work together is taking you and what it is that you want to work on.
There are many benefits to one-on-one coaching, including:

One-on-one coaching can be in person or on the phone. I meet many clients in my coaching space in the Chrysalis Life Coaching office in the hills of Orinda. It is an intimate and lovely setting, and clients tell me it is a pleasure to spend time here each week. We can also coach over the phone, allowing for flexibility and convenience. Many clients report that the phone provides a surprisingly intimate setting that allows for deep and transformational work.
I use a variety of coaching tools and techniques, varying by session depending on your experiences and needs. We always start with you stating your objectives for the session – what you want to work on – and we always end with your summary of your greatest takeaways from the session. In the middle we may do anything from more tangible brainstorming and goal setting to visualizations to working with dreams and imagination. All the work we do is in service to you reconnecting with yourself and identifying and moving towards your goals. Most sessions you will leave with goals, practices, or homework to further that process.
Our work together starts with an initial two-hour foundation session. In this session, we will explore in depth where you are in your life today, and set initial goals for the coaching relationship and the areas that you would like to work on. After that, typically we meet weekly for a 50-minute session. You will leave each session with notes that help you integrate, move forward, and sustain your growth.
To get started, contact me to schedule an initial complimentary consultation. This consultation is typically 30-45 minutes, and can be done in person or on the phone. This is the opportunity for you to understand more about coaching and what it would be like to work with me. Once we decide to work together, we will schedule the initial foundation session and our first month of regular sessions, and I will send you all the information you will need to get started.
